# 無法辨識的裝置

## 回報給官方無法辨識的裝置 <a href="#unknown-device-report" id="unknown-device-report"></a>

當玩家發現原廠授權的裝置或手把無法在克麥2上使用時, 請使用USB View這個工具軟體在PC上檢視裝置或手把的資訊. 只需將手把或裝置接至PC上, 打開USB View軟體, 找到裝置位置如下圖, 左側為裝置序列右側韋裝置資訊, 點選左側玩家要檢視的裝置, 然又按滑鼠右鍵點選"Copy Report from here"進行存檔.

玩家可將存檔傳至粉絲頁或論壇, 克麥團隊將會進行後續更新工作.
